Two lot surveying Wauku

I want to subdivide a 1000 meter section. Currently there is an existing house and enough land to subdivide off a 400 square meter lot. I need a site survey plan for the Auckland Council that gives the boundary lines, notations as to where the wastewater and storm water connections are, driveways marked and other information you know that the Council will expect on such a plan for a Resource Consent to subdivide in the Auckland area.
