Our whanau Trust are proposing to build 11 homes on whanau land, under a papakainga project. We would like to know which area is build able and can be done to accommodate 11 houses. The land has a sloping contour then plateaus out to relatively flatter area which is set back slighlt further from main road. Also we appreciate you providing a idea of what this service would cost? Please Note: We are in the discussion phase with regards to the papakainga scheme. Estimated time frame 10 year Project from now till 2030 new homes completed. Regards Noeleen Davis Trustee
