I have been using a local engineer for a new house build at Waiomu and have got to first building inspection after 2 years of red tape. Now it turns out that my current engineer is not suitably qualified to sign off the site compaction even though it has tested favorably with proper equipment. The job is being stalled once again until this is signed off. I need an engineer that is qualified to sign this off and or test if required. ---
