geotechnical report for rebuilding a retaining wall

I have a current retaining wall in Remuera (see photo. Mount Hobson Road). It is currently cracking out and I want to rebuild it. I was advised that a building consent is requested hence a structural engineering design is needed. For the engineering design, I need a geotechnical investigation report.
