~300m2 of land to be surveyed including: • Road Kerb & Channel, • Footpath, • Vehicle Crossing, • Residential Driveway & Frontage at site, • 3x Portland road cross-sections, within road reserve boundary outside 123 Portland Road • Finished floor level of existing dwellings – 119A, --- A, 121A, 102B, 104 Portland Road and 15 Scherff Road • Levels and cross-sections (5m intervals) of the Watercourse i.e. bank top & bottom bank (located within the private land), • Adjacent Vehicle crossings over the Watercourse (top and underside of structure), and • Setting boundary pegs along the front line.
