A quote for Preliminary Cost Estimate /Rough Order of Costs for renovation #2

Only QS with experience please. I thought it was clear from the trade I selected, but I kept getting requests for contact from unqualified DIY dudes. If you are not a QS, please do not contact me for this job, plain and simple. I am looking for a quote to provide Preliminary Cost Estimate  or Rough Order of Costs, whatever terminology you prefer to use, for the proposed renovation project. I have plans developed to a point where my architect tells me they have sufficient level of detail to perform this task. In addition to experience with renovation projects and cost, the length of time I have to wait before the job can be started is a part of my selection criteria. For example, some have 20-30 working days before they can start working on my plans and preparing the report. I will retain a successful applicant for further QS tasks throughout the project.
