Determine the boundary line for the back fence

I am preparing to build the back fence. Part of it will need a retaining wall underneath as current volcanic rock wall with no mortar is falling apart. Another one has a fence and the wall seems to have some mortar so may be repaired. I need a surveyor to determine the boundary line and provide me a plan with a number of reference points as it may not be a best idea to put boundary pegs into unstable rock that will be moved during construction of the wall/fence. There is neighbour's garage corner, the corners of the studio at the property, corners of the house and a fence on the left side of the property that all can be used to record the distance to the boundary line.
