Engineering for villa basement excavation

I would like a quote for the engineering required to support a villa for a 8mm x 4.5m excavation to be used as a habitable space. We require building consent documentation calculations along with the required PS1, design memorandum and stamped architectural drawings for submission to council. This includes structural design of the following items: • Beams and lintels in the appropriate material (timber or steel) • Post to carry high point loads • Waffle slab including bridging • Bracing • Block retaining walls including bridging We will also require Structural drafting/sketch mark ups: • Provide sketch mark ups for the framing plans to be incorporated in the architectural drawing package • CAD structural specifically designed details to be provided And of course PS4 sign off
