Stone wall extension

We have a small area approx 1.5meters on our drive that I would like to extend our existing stone wall to hold back a crumbling wall and garden. There is also an unused pipe to be removed. We have some existing stones. It is on council land, but needs to be done. We will then redo our driveway once this work complete. If this is done well we could have some more work around the back of our property at a later date.
