My chimney sucks

I have a coal range that needs to come out and be replaced, basically the chimney has had some stupid stuff done to it a long time ago and water has got into the concrete and caused the steel reinforcing to rust and blow out. The chimney will need to be reinforced, braced or partly rebuilt I guess. And a replacement coal range also with wetback put back in.
