Tokatea chimney

Demolish and replace a damaged (sunken) chimney (circa 1960) with a standard precast reinforced single story chimney to B1/AS3. Precast source Paeroa Precast, "Heatmaster" units. Potential for owner to undertake foundation work up to firebox (floor level) and supply precast units, and builder supply all other materials (grout, reinforcing, firebox linings, flashings, support brackets etc), cast the hearth, and assemble the chimney above the foundation. Owner can draw detail plans if required. Owner obtain consents if required. Note house is early Lockwood - simply 45mm solid timber t&G wall, no linings.
