would like to replace the existing retaining wall to a stone wall or materials similar (more sustainable than timber) Highest point of the wall: 1.80m Left side length: 7.20-7.30m Right side length: 5.20-5.30m please provide advice on whether or not the surchage/slope level will need council consent (if yes, an engineer is required. prefer someone who has worked on similar project and can recommend an engineer to help this Body Corporate to obtain consent) property is not gated please feel free to do a site visit whenever suits (site contact is Ray Hall who works at Ray's garage - one of the units at the property address)
