low stone wall for vegetable garden

we'd love to have a low stone wall constructed around our vegetable garden, using the local stones (river rocks). veg garden is 20m x 10m and wall will encompass this, approx 400 high x 300 wide, decorative only (not structural). we would source the rocks ourselves. Private accommodation available if that helps (if easier than driving to and from town each day) - basic but nice. Timing - ASAP and before the end of September latest.
