Stone retaining wall

We have an exposed bank along part of our driveway that we would like a stone wall built. It is about 25m long and raises out of the ground to a maximum of approx 1m before going back down to ground level. Would like a schist type look, long narrow stones with a cap along top suitable to mow along.
