Stone Masoner needed to fix leaking outdoor water fall.

Outdoor small water fall leaking from underside. Make from river stones, grout/concrete mix. Looking for an experienced person to fix the pond area to stop water seaping up through the bottom and totally seal the inside so chlorine can be used to keep the water clean.
