Reinforcing an existing "Stone wall" of an absolute beach front property

"Strengthening an existing stone wall of a car ramp on a beach to help prevent damage from the tide" our existing car ramp has, over the years, had soil erosion from the incoming tide and now needs excavation, geo skin & more rocks / boulders. The dimensions of the ramp are Over 3m height, out 2 m (depth out to beach) 25m length upto beginning of ramp, since the car ramp & property ( as photo attached) is absolute beach front, good planning & prep required to work around high/low tide timings! Orua bay beach, Orua bay, Awhitu, manukau heads, near Waiuku, would be suitable for someone with experience near Awhitu, Waiuku or Pukekohe
