Does this matter??

My retaining wall is looking wonky at the top - has fallen back and used to be straight. What could be the cause of this and does it matter? Someone suggested that, as the front garden is very dry, the bits of gravel have been falling out of the wall onto the footpath below, causing the wall to change. What are my options? (Happy to leave it if it's not a big deal).
