Mount decorative wall art panels on cinder block wall

I need someone to mount 3 x plastic decorative wall art panels on the back of the garage wall which is made of cinder block. I have the mounting kits, I just need someone with the know how to do it. There are also three other small jobs: 1) Mount a wire plant support on the same garage 2) Attach a fence catch to the same garage. 3) Cut two 'Paris' pavers to the correct length to fit a gap for some landscaping Because this is a structural wall I would like someone with experience working with Cinder block rather than a general handyman, but it is a small job though so might suit someone looking to fill in a bit of time between jobs.
