Extend stone and mortar wall

We have a small stone and mortar wall that’s 5.5m long and about 0.6m high at its highest. We’d like to make it 0.4m taller across its full length. One side of it will need have some small repairs and be built up from around ground level. Please see photos attached. We want the new and old parts of the wall to blend well. Looking for someone who can supply the stones and mortar. Please provide an indication of the cost, although happy for site visits after to firm up the quote.
