Need some advice on these external stairs, their is obvious signs of rotting on the front section of each stair at both ends of the stair (only one side pictured), assuming the stairs will need to be either repaired or probably replaced completely. Also I would like to know if they are safe to be used at the moment and what the time frame is for replacing them before they become unsafe. I would also like a quote on the approximate costs to either repair or replace the stairs.
