Attic Stair job

This is a very small job to install a pre-made attic stair into the ceiling, so we can use that space to store things. We will buy a prefabricated attic stair (Rhino). These brands reckon we could install these stairs ourselves, but we are going to leave it to the professionals. They do provide installation instructions. We are looking for a builder to: 1) Install the prefab Attic Stairs ie. create an opening in the ceiling and affix the prefab stairs to supporting frame
