Install attic stairs into 1910s wooden bungalow

Hi, we want to install attic stairs to our hallway so we can use the attic space for storage. the job will entail: -measuring and advising on appropriate off-the-shelf stairs from Bunnings or similar -cutting the recess hole -installing stairs so they securely placed between walls/joists -making good the surrounding hole with some sort of framing there is no need to quote on the stairs themselves. we are just keen on the time and materials costs for the installation. we will deal with tip offcuts as well. photos to follow
