Attic stairs installation

We would like a cost for the installation of a Attic Ladder unit, we currently have access through a hatch in a cupboard, but would like to have access to the roof space through a corridor instead. We would purchase a prebuilt attic ladder from a Bunnings or Mitre 10. Framing and Architraves for a tidy job could also either be purchased or provided by a Tradesperson, please advise if your quote includes this. We would anticipate this would only take a few hours of labour, please provide an estimate of time and labor cost per hour. We also have paint for matching the ceiling as required. There are other apartments with the same access, and photos of these can be provided if required.
