Basic attic stair install

Hi, We're looking to get some attic stairs installed in our house. Normal 1960's Kiwi home, with a standard height ceiling and long hallway down to where the bedrooms are, so shouldn't be anything too funky. Happy with a basic hatch/ladder setup (whatever's most cost effective). Thanks in advance! Ed and Jen
