Wooden stairs from deck area to yard area #2

Hello, we are after someone that would be able to remove and install a new timber stairway on our house. The current one is 14 steps and it's approx 260cm high by 500cm in length. The steps are deteriorating and I believe it is now beyond repair (see old photo attached). It is also lacking a handrail, which I believe is now compulsory. On the left of the photo is a bank which has recently had some plants removed. To increase airflow around the stairs, this might also have to be chipped away a bit. I can upload more pictures if needed (I am just having issues with my phone currently). But if you need to see other angles, let me know. Cheers,
