Change Stair Pitch / Carpenter / Joiner

I have a staircase built 4 years ago but due to the pitch and too much overlapping of the treads I want to modify it. My intent is to try and reuse the existing Ash Treads (8 Steps in total) but replace with a new stringers to change the pitch and have less overlap. To do this I'll need - existing ballustrades in white to be removed (reused where appropriate) - treads removed for reuse - route out new stringer and attached treads - rebuild the ballustrades in same way (just painted timber so pretty forgiving) Happy to leave the painting etc to someone else - Also happy to supply timber etc.. Really just looking for a good carpenter rather than a full stair replacement
