Balustrade/handrail needed for staircase 4.5m

Hi we need a balustrade and handrail built on a wooden staircase, to make it child/toddler safe and hopefully designed to stop any climbing. Had an idea of a simple wooden vertical narrow posts and top handrail, but open to suggestion/ideas. It's about 4.5m all up as shown in the photo. Will also need the gaps/back of each stair blocking up with a piece of wood.
