Mahora Stairs

The 8 resident owners of Mahora Court must replace the damaged external staircase on the rear of their two blocks of flats. Staircase is 2.720 m high, 4.080 long, 17 risers 1m wide, pitch 33 degrees. Variations in replacement (eg length/pitch) are possible.Staircase is timber,but other materials could be used in the replacement. Must meet NZ Standards and WCC requirements. Owners will remove existing staircase and paint replacement. Hope for work to begin within 3 months.
