"pull down" Attic access installation
Job description
Hi, i have purchased a "pull down" attic access ladder and was wondering if someone could install it in the existing space (existing space will need to be altered in size to accommodate) There is also a light fitting that will need to be re positioned. I have concerns the existing ceiling will not allow for it's "maximum" weight thus would prefer a person with more experience than myself sort this. As one of the studs that would need to be cut to allow for it currently has one of the roof braces attached to it, there MAY be a little more required than simple "diy" . however someone with expertise i'm sure can confirm this.

I was very happy with Mike and his guys.... despite the fact it took a little longer than anticipated they stuck with it and completed the job so as not to drag it out. I would definitely use Mike again when the opportunity arises and am extremely happy with the end result. Thanks Mike.
