external stairs to build (timber)

Hi, Our front entrance and back door stairs are rotting away and are becoming a unsafe to step/walk on. They are both reasonably low (as can be seen on photographs). We need a builder to replace them as well as the small wooden platform at the back of the house (see photographs). The work will not need building consent (<1m high). A visit a quotation from a builder is needed before we proceed with the agreement and work.
