Remove concrete stair and small back porch, Approximately 1.2 meters high and replace with wooden one plus railing. Replace two sheets of fibrolite approx, 1.2 meters high and reinforce or brace carport posts.

I am very satisfied with the work the Wayne has completed as well as the price and his attitude. I also have every confidence in recommending him to anyone needing any maintenance work done on their properties. Wayne removed my old concrete stairs and replaced them with wooden ones which included the landing, repaired the fence and basically rebuilt the carport all in excellent time and of high quality, “Awesome”
