Spiral Staircase

Hi there, we are looking for a spiral staircase to access a mezzanine floor which is 247 cm high. There is very limited space, so looking for steps to be as narrow as possible (50-60 cm). Would prefer timber, but everything considered as very budget-conscious... Also more than happy to purchase a pre-existing one if somebody has one. As usual, ASAP is best, so just let us know what you could do. Thanks!
