Outside stairs, Omori 2

There was a set of wooden stairs/steps up the side of the outside of the house to a door on the first floor. We want basic stairs/steps replaced in that position (the door is in limbo), less than 20 with a handrail. These already show on council plans so no building permission needs to be sought as we are replacing a fixture. Suggested budget $2000
