Grand Staircase & Ballustrade

We are looking for a price to put in a grand staircase of a 130 year old home we are in the process of buying. The previous one was removed for a commercial kitchen. We'd like to put a staircase in next to that kitchen wall in the grand hall. There is space upstairs to put that in with the removal of the existing laundry. The upstairs floor will need to be cut out, a wide staircase made with storage and shelving underside, ballustrade made, and an interior wall upstairs will need removing.
