Staircase with built-in cubby storage and railing
Job description
Hello! Our new home in Helensville is a big old villa with high ceilings. In our son's bedroom there is a loft in the attic and we want to put his bed up there. We need stairs, with built-in cubby storage, going up to the loft. The kind of stairs we want are in the picture attached, and the colour of wood is in the picture of the desk getting painted (the bare wood). The dimensions are in the collage pic attached, hopefully you can see what I mean from that. The stairs would go up against / attached to the wall. Basically we’re looking for stairs that are safe first and foremost, so we want railing. The stairs would have open cubby-type storage like in the pictures. We were thinking that some of the cubbies would be square, and some larger cubbies would be horizontal rectangles (sort of just two squares with the middle bit taken out). In terms of timeframes, we would want the work carried out in the week of 13 September. Thanks :)
