Handrail install on lower internal stairs

Hi there, I'm looking a getting a timber handrail and brackets sometime this week. So need someone to install it on the lower internal stairs. The handrail is approx 3.75m in length, so I'll supply the handrail, bracket, screws, just need someone to install this for me. Anyone available in the next two weeks, would be great.
