External Staircase

We have a sloping section at the rear of the house. I was hoping to have someone build/install a pretty basic staircase which makes the area accessible. The size/orientation/look of the staircase could be discussed when you have seen the section. I am not looking for anything fancy. I need a basic staircase which makes the area accessible for maintainance. The builder would have to procure the material, tools and do the job on his/her own - with no help from me. I expect to pay the builder ONLY after satisfactory completion of the work. PS: I have had bad experiences in the past when tradies have gone absconding after completing the work partially. Hence, I am insisting to pay only after the work is completed. Attached a picture of the section and a couple of staircase examples. If the tradie could come up with another design/look and I would be keen to hear from him/her.
