stair removal 2

need to remove some stairs from my house and floor put down a there. stair space will go back to the garage (2 stairwells in house, only need the one). stairs lead to a extension that was built in the 90s. Space will need to go back to the garage, gibed, cupboard made for half of them. Floor will need to be laid on top storey where the stairs lead to. Need this completed ASAP, hopefully everything done before Christmas. NOTE: Ignore the "Opening Here" in picture, that won't be an opening now and empty space for the garage.
