Handrails first, possibly more work later

For the code of compliance we need to install hand rails in our indoor stair case. There are two flights of stairs: 210 cm and 243 cm. We need a tradesperson to supply the rails and the brackets, paint them (using our paint), and install them. We are after a modern look and a cost-effective solution. Photo 1 shows our current stairs, photo 2 shows the ideal handrail we are after. This may lead to more jobs in the future.

Hand railing for internal staircase - wood or metal

For code of compliance reasons, I need a hand railing installed for our internal staircase. The staircase is U shaped, 14 steps, 2010mm deep and 2 sets of 1000mm wide with a 300mm wall/post inbetween. I'm open to wood or metal railing options.

Hi there - I need someone to stop the stairs at my house from creaking. There is access underneath the stairs (storage area) and requires, I believe, a piece of wood cut the width of the stairs, pre-holed for screwing into the stair and glued and screwed in place (unless you know of a better method).
