I would like to replace the existing stairs (3 steps - false concrete) in the back of my property with new Timber stairs. The new timber stairs shall be 3 steps (wide run) with the first step (from the top) be extended as a resting/landing area before the other 2 steps commence. It shall also include a handrail on both sides. Timeframe: before the end of September 2021
