In January, an 83-year old grandmother will need to safely use the steps in the attached photo. I need a carpenter with some H4 wood and S/S screws to replace 5-6 rotten steps. I also have some other small woodworking repairs. Probably a full day's work. Happy to pay charge out rates since I don't know exactly how many steps will need to be swapped out. Thanks
