1. Build stairs down from existing balcony to garden below and build deck in garden below. 2. Rear garage wall to be removed and new wall in same material to be added, inside of where it currently is, with gutters on the outside 3. Replace fence on side of garden and install gate Would like to get this quoted in the next week or two.
