Install Attic stairs

I would like install a set of Werner Attic stairs in my garage ceiling. The model I am looking at can be seen on the following website --- These sell at Mitre 10 for $299 and I can either supply or you can add it to your bill. I think this achievable, but the ceiling space will need to be looked at first.
