External timber stair with handrail for sleepout

We are looking to receive an estimate from a builder to install an external timber stair with handrail on one side to access a sleepout that complies with the building code D1/AS1. The sleepout has a building consent and the external timber stair is required for us to have the final inspection and apply for the CCC. Added is a photo of the sleepout with temporary (non-compliant) steps for access, and a screenshot of the Council’s approved external timber stairs design with dimensions. Please note that the handrail was an afterthought and depending on estimate, we may or may not go ahead with the handrail. We can provide copy of the approved plans contained in the building consent documentation on request to help with estimate. Thanks
