small job need buider or handyman

two sets of stairs off existing decking one set 850mm height 1200 going other set 830 height 1200 going originals are loose and rotting. bottom in contact with ground, also have one window frame that needs new sill and side timber also could look at replacing soft board where I put foot through not big jobs but getting someone to do is the key
