New Handrails and Steps to Deck

There is a deck that leads up the ranchslider and has steps at either end of the deck. The steps require repair/replacing and both ends also require hand rails. We are looking at firstly getting a quote for this job then going ahead. The tenant in the property looks after toddlers and there is no safety barrier for them.
