Attic conversion including building stairs into roof space

I'm after a quote for an attic conversion. It's in pretty good shape already - the hardest bit will be the stairs up into the roof. Pic of the attic attached. We require: - Stairs up into the attic - Gibbed walls/roof. - Lighting and plug points installed - Existing ladder door removed and covered over. - Potential for a skylight. Not sure on this yet. Is this something you can do? No need for carpet, plastering or painting. Property is on Chartwell, Hamilton.
