Simple timber garden stairs replacement & safety improvement.

Existing stairs are now 30 years old and need complete replacement. At same time, we will add a 1 sqm landing at the bottom (to hide ugly heat-pump piping) and add a rail so that the senior resident has greater grip and control when using the stairs. Add grip tape / 40 grit sandpaper belt to each step for extra safety. Standard H4 pre-cut stringers, steps, balustrades, rails are acceptable. Hardware must be galvanised. Painting needs 1st coat, Owner will apply 2nd coat a week after. Smaller steps need same, except no landing.
