Attic stairs installation

I am looking for someone to install attic stairs in the garage, will prefer someone who has undertaken Attic stairs installation work before. Will also want few (4-5) 18 mm ply boards up there to create a storage space. Happy to buy materials and work with someone who is happy to do it on an hourly rate.
