Outside staircase has dropped on one side due to stairway foundation sinking. Requires stairway stringer (steel box section 110x50) to be cut and section inset to lift stringer, approx 90mm, to correct height. Also may require bottom step support and handrail connection to be moved. Weld area to be galv painted
